Natural, according to the Concise Oxford Dictionary, means: “existing in, or caused by nature; produced by nature; not artificial; true to nature; uncultivated; wild existing in natural state; not disguised or altered”

Well that’s the definition but what does it mean? When you look at the way the word is used you can see that it means different things to different people. The biggest gulf appears between producers and consumers.

Organic means: “of, relating to, or derived from living organisms; simple, healthful, and close to nature. Produced by nature; not artificial or man made.”

I think that from this most of us would see the word ‘organic’ as being almost interchangeable with ‘natural’
